Conan the car man! Family-owned since 1969! Grandpa Jerry Schneider was an original owner, now we have my Dad Ken Schneider and my Uncle Danny Schneider co-owning the dealership, as well as my brother Justin Schneider in Finance. I’ve been around Toyota’s my whole life and drive a 4Runner myself. Married in June of 2020 and a dad to a little red-headed boy since April 2022 loving every minute of both! Huge Cleveland sports fan as well as Ohio State and my alma mater Miami (OH). I've been happily married since June of 2020 and have a toddler with another on the way. People also say I look like Conan O’Brien if you didn't already see it in the picture! Swing by and I’ll give you an autograph.

I purchased my first Toyota in 2006. Over the course of my ownership, Victory Toyota (formerly Metro) has performed all the services on my vehicle. This past week was no exception; I brought the car in for diagnostic evaluation of an issue that developed; Tony, my service rep, discovered a problem that was too costly to repair on a car of this age. I have researched leasing vs ownership and decided to lease a vehicle at this time. Ryan, the sales manager, Grant my product specialist and Justin, my finance manager helped me navigate through the process with ease. In about 4 hours, I drove home in a new vehicle. My experience with Victory Toyota has been outstanding. I look forward to continuing this relationship in the years ahead. More

Undervalued my trade and then proceeded to list it for $2,000.00 more than they told me it was worth. There was snow inside the vehicle when I got to the dealership to pick up the car. I had a set app $2,000.00 more than they told me it was worth. There was snow inside the vehicle when I got to the dealership to pick up the car. I had a set appointment and filled out all information for financing in advance and was still there for almost 4 hours. Not necessarily the dealer’s fault but I only received one key fob for the vehicle and am still waiting on the second almost a month later. When I left the dealership, I had to stop and go back because they forgot to transfer my license plates. When I went to leave the second time I noticed the fuel light in my brand new car was on and I had to fill my tank with gas before I could even make it home. Sales manager called a few days later and said they’d make it up to me and then never followed through. My wife and I have had good experiences with this dealer in the past which was why we chose them but after this zero star experience, never again. More
