As usual, an all around professional and kind experience at Bettenhausen. I took my Wrangler in for an oil change and had great service from start to finish. Jackie took care of me like family and made su at Bettenhausen. I took my Wrangler in for an oil change and had great service from start to finish. Jackie took care of me like family and made sure I was kept up to date with some potential issues the mechanics found and then explained my options to make sure I understood those potential future issues and Bettenhausen’s concern to make sure my Wrangler was kept in tip top shape for my safety. While I waited in the clean and comfortable waiting area, Ryan Scarpelli took the time to answer all my questions in regards to my future vehicle upgrades at Bettenhausen.
