We ended up at Bettenhausen after a rough week of shopping for my first vehicle. From the time we walked in to the time we rolled out in my practically brand new '11 Jeep Compass (25K miles, not a sc shopping for my first vehicle. From the time we walked in to the time we rolled out in my practically brand new '11 Jeep Compass (25K miles, not a scratch on it inside or out), the salesman we worked with, Ryan, was a picture of patience and solid advice. He let us take a look at several vehicles before winding up where we did, and ended up getting a ton more vehicle than we intended to on our budget and with a car note more manageable than we'd even dreamed. Even my hyperbole fails to express how pleasant the experience was, right up to the part where he handed me the keys to the vehicle with freshly rotated tyres after complaining about its tendency to veer right during the hour long test drive. I would definitely recommend Bettenhausen to anyone looking for a solid vehicle for a great price and service with a smile. More
