Everybody I dealt with was very nice. My one negative would be that it’s a recently purchased vehicle from them and I think with having to have me come back twice to get tires since they My one negative would be that it’s a recently purchased vehicle from them and I think with having to have me come back twice to get tires since they were shipped the wrong ones. They should’ve been able to replace the tire sensors for me free of charge in lieu of the gas and everything else that it cost me. More

Took 4 months to get a tow package installed because they kept fighting me on it. Between flat out refusing to oh ill give you a call back it seemed like i was twisting their arm even though it was apart of kept fighting me on it. Between flat out refusing to oh ill give you a call back it seemed like i was twisting their arm even though it was apart of the deal and written in. I lived out of state and instead of sending a check as was written in the contract they forced me to drive 4 1/2 hours to get it done, then had to be put up overnight because they didn't have the correct harness. Took 23 hours in total to get it done. Attempted to speak to the GM Bentley who was there and instead of talking to me he left without notice. Spent an extra hour and a half waiting on him and noone bothered to say he left. Got his cell before I left and offered a check for 'my troubles' and it's been about a month since then and still nothing. Stay away from this place at all costs! More
