Everybody I dealt with was very nice. Took 4 months to get a tow package installed because they kept fighting me on it. Between flat out refusing to oh ill give you a call back it seemed like i was twisting their arm even though it was apart of kept fighting me on it. I lived out of state and instead of sending a check as was written in the contract they forced me to drive 4 1/2 hours to get it done, then had to be put up overnight because they didn't have the correct harness. Took 23 hours in total to get it done. Attempted to speak to the GM Bentley who was there and instead of talking to me he left without notice. Spent an extra hour and a half waiting on him and noone bothered to say he left. Got his cell before I left and offered a check for 'my troubles' and it's been about a month since then and still nothing. Stay away from this place at all costs! More
