Perks (free oil changes, warranty program has option for service/maintenance, such as a free battery replacement) and inventory are very good. It was easy to schedule time to test drive and meet with a sale service/maintenance, such as a free battery replacement) and inventory are very good. It was easy to schedule time to test drive and meet with a sales rep. However, the actual purchasing experience was not great, as I felt rushed to make a decision on warranties to select, and it felt like pulling teeth to get an understanding of how discounts were applied and how warranties worked. I do not feel the dealership worked hard to get me a good interest rate despite a strong credit report. More

Tyler Earls was great to work with. On my first trip to the dealership, I had no intention of making a purchase. He even offered to go get the vehicle I had questions about, even though there were none on the lot at the time. Months later When I was ready to finally make the purchase, Tyler met me and handed me off to Ryan Popp. Tyler was busy already helping another customer.
