Final heard from Ryan a week later that my truck was ready for pick up. We made an appointment time for pick up and the truck was not ready. Waited over 2 hours at the dealership for the truck to be run through a final inspection, wash and get gassed up. The only thing I was offered during that time was a bunch of excuses of how it was not his fault, and he was doing me a favor making sure the truck was all set before I took it. No drink, no apology, just excuses and a salesman telling me he has had a bad day. You need to train your salesmen (or at least this one) to communicate better, be organized, make sure the vehicle is ready for pick up on the appointed time they set up. I also have not had one follow up from the salesmen or dealership after my purchase, oh, except to ask for a review. Here you go. More
