They are charging 3 times Toyota retail for it. *They tell you a labor rate $210/hr, but you cant rationalize it even with parts costing 3 times as much. * Mike ERDMAN is PT Barnum and he knows suckers come in everyday. * you will be lucky to get your car back in equal functioning order than you brought it in. * Can’t think of another dealer of any brand with such a theft and ripoff mentality. Just Steer Clear, You can not do worse going anywhere else. The service people are friendly and polite while stealing your money. I hope they get a decent cut but I bet Mike ERDMAN takes most of it. In for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I had just moved to Florida so this was my first time to Erdman Toyota. My service representative Chris Miller was very good. My Tacoma was still ful I had just moved to Florida so this was my first time to Erdman Toyota. My service representative Chris Miller was very good. My Tacoma was still fully loaded with all my tools and personal belongings and I was concerned that when they put it on the lift, the center of gravity would be VERY wrong and could cause the truck to tip off the lift. Chris listened carefully to my concern, and brought in his lead tech to evaluate the safety of putting the truck up on the lift. They determined that I was correct and it would, in fact, be unsafe. Instead of cancelling my appointment and rescheduling it for after I had the chance to unload. (I had driven over an hour from Ft Pierce to get there.) They came up with a plan to do the work on an alignment lift so it would be supported safely. This is an example of a "Lets get it done" attitude that can be lacking in today's world. I’ve least a 2023 4 runner in July of 2023, I’m a disabled senior citizen and have had nothing but problems with my vehicle since day one.
