My experience with Fashun McCray was completely positive from start to finish. She provided excellent service and did so in a very personable manner. There was a lot of information to go over and she was very clear and concise when explaining everything which made me confident in my purchasing decisions. She was also very helpful in working with me to stay within my budget; the monthly payments are exactly where I needed them to be and I am very appreciative of that. Toward the end of the process, Fashun even helped me set up insurance so that I wouldn’t have to wait until the next day to pick up the vehicle I purchased. Instead, I was able to take it home that night thanks to her efforts. Once we were finished up, a manager came to greet us and she was also very nice! She provided us with something to drink, shirts, and welcomed us to the Nissan family. It was a very kind gesture. Afterwards, Ryan helped with finishing up the financing process and he was absolutely amazing as well. I am not usually comfortable when dealing with men, but he was very funny and charming and he explained all the financing details and options very clearly. Overall, I had an amazing experience with this dealership and will be recommending them to friends and family. More
