Showroom experience was fine, up to the point of delivery of the vehicle. It failed at that point. To rake delivery if a vehicle with such complicated cabin technology with roughly a 5 minute tutorial is way of the vehicle. It failed at that point. To rake delivery if a vehicle with such complicated cabin technology with roughly a 5 minute tutorial is way short of the mark; especially so when BMW decides not to offer an owner's manual in hard copy! Adding insult to injury, the vehicle (a fleet car) was not released from that designation upon delivery, so I could not access (unbeknownst to me until I called the 800 support line) any features through the MY BMW app! Shame on you BMW of Darien... More
