I talked with RYAN my service counselor at indigo VW and explain to him the problem I had with the hole in my transmission pan. He worked with me to get my car delivered to the dealership by tow truck and m explain to him the problem I had with the hole in my transmission pan. He worked with me to get my car delivered to the dealership by tow truck and met me at the car. He assured that the car would not be driven because of no fluid which he did. He kept me informed through the whole process of repair and when I could be expected to pick up my car. RYAN did a great job and I believe that he would Make a great manager. It’s a pleasure working with him and the dealership. On a scale of 10 I give RYAN a 10. More
