I’ve been back to the dealership 5 times for the same problem and I was told it has been resolved the same way I was told in the past. The car has had a leak on and off since we got it. Service staff has problem and I was told it has been resolved the same way I was told in the past. The car has had a leak on and off since we got it. Service staff has been friendly and helpful but I’m told that I have to clean my gutters for the sunroof now. I have a different vehicle with a bigger sunroof that never gave me this issue. Zeeshan called offering assistance if it didn’t go well to get me Into a new vehicle and highlighted the fact that I got a “good deal” on the vehicle and it would likely be more now because things were expensive. Service is helpful, but I shouldn’t have to go an extra step in cleaning my gutters and hoping that resolved the leak. What if it doesn’t… again? Also, since me getting a new car from them is going to be “more expensive” since I got “a good deal” when I bought this one, I guess I’ll be searching for a “good deal” elsewhere. PS. The time we had the leak previous team member, Ryan gave me a quote on the same vehicle and said he could get it to me for a very similar price and showed me the quote at a lease payment only 5 dollars above what I was currently paying. The reason why we didn’t go for it is because there were too many lease payments left on this vehicle. Now since the “good deals” are non existent here… tuchas! What about Lemon Law? Deuces GMC. Such a shame. Service mates are cool peeps. So was Ryan. Zee…? Good deal sir. More
