I think the work they do is good but not the wait! ! I had an 11:00 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I was waiting for my car at 1:00 they said, they hadn’t looked at it yet; maybe and 4 ! I had an 11:00 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I was waiting for my car at 1:00 they said, they hadn’t looked at it yet; maybe and 45 minutes to an hour before it would be completed. So why have an appointment if after 2 hours no one even looked at it. A lot of other people waiting where have the same issues. More
