I bought my car we agreed upon a price plus trade-in and rebates all was good then I noticed the interest rate was very high I disagreed we renegotiated the interest rate and they redone the paperwork unfor rebates all was good then I noticed the interest rate was very high I disagreed we renegotiated the interest rate and they redone the paperwork unfortunately the second time I did not look at the paperwork they charge me an additional $2000 for the price of the car and delete it my $4000 in rebates so they stole $6000 from me unfortunately nothing I can do about it now More

I’m rating 4 stars only because I had been communicating with a sales woman (Amanda) earlier in the day and once we made it to the dealership the salesman (Ryan) didn’t have any of the information I had pro with a sales woman (Amanda) earlier in the day and once we made it to the dealership the salesman (Ryan) didn’t have any of the information I had provided to the previous person. Although that was frustrating I understood that the miscommunication was not Ryan’s fault and he was very helpful. Later on when I was out of state, I discovered a door does not lock correctly and when Ryan called to follow up he advised me to bring it in as soon as I’m able to and they will have a look at it.
