Buyer Beware: Greenway Mazda Endangers Lives We recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Greenway Mazda in Houston TX, and it’s safe to say this was the worst car-buying experience of our lives. The dealersh purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Greenway Mazda in Houston TX, and it’s safe to say this was the worst car-buying experience of our lives. The dealership proved to be untrustworthy, unprofessional, and downright dangerous. The first issue we encountered was deceptive advertising. The Jeep was advertised with specific tires, but upon our arrival after driving four hours we discovered they had swapped them for bald ones. When we questioned the dealership, they played dumb and blamed another dealership. While they eventually replaced the tires, the dishonesty was already evident. Next, we discovered critical safety issues. None of the seat belts in the vehicle worked. Not a single one. They were completely locked up, making the car undrivable and unsafe. The dealership promised to fix the issue, but it took three weeks to finally deliver the Jeep. During that time, we were given conflicting stories and excuses about the delays, leaving us frustrated and concerned. When we finally received the Jeep, the nightmare continued. After driving it, we heard a loud clunking noise coming from the passenger rear tire. Upon inspection, we found that three of the five lug nuts on the rear tire were missing, as well as two of the five lug nuts on the front passenger tire. To make matters worse, the missing lug nuts were tossed carelessly into the rear cup holder, and several lug studs were broken or stripped. Let me emphasize that this happened after Greenway Mazda had put on new tires. If we hadn’t caught this issue, our family could have been involved in a catastrophic accident. Greenway Mazda’s negligence could have had deadly consequences. If you value your life or the lives of your loved ones, stay far away from Greenway Mazda. Their negligence and dishonesty make them a serious threat to anyone on the road. Buying a car shouldn’t feel like playing Russian roulette, but that’s exactly what it’s like at this dealership. They don’t just sell cars they sell death traps. More
