It was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any business EVER. I should have not went and given them a second chance… it just continued to go down hill. The bait and switch mentality blows my mind … what I thought may have been miscommunication about price trickles down into the certified preowned warranty once they got me in finance and they tried upselling me another warranty stating that it was not included even though it was advertised as CPO and I had discussed it at length with others at dealership. They did end up honoring it but I had to drive 3 hours round trip twice because the employees lacked basic communication skills with each other. They tried charging me 5,000 more than a vehicle was quoted to me and only after texting the manager was it made right. The salesman could clearly see the notes on the price and read them to me… but refused that day to budge. I have nothing nice to say about this experience. I went on Labor Day and the finance guy could not be bothered to put down his phone as he was clearly texting friends and said it was horrible so many people wanted to buy a car on a holiday and he had hoped to get a break that day. He was really passive aggressive when I turned down an extended warranty and said he hopes I have an extra 5,000 laying around when the infotainment style ten goes out. More

I would like to leave a 5 Star Review for Khamani (K), who was the our sales person and was fantastic in every way! We had to provide a low rating for Anthony because he made a mistake on our initial pape who was the our sales person and was fantastic in every way! We had to provide a low rating for Anthony because he made a mistake on our initial paperwork on the first AWD Sorrento we purchases the week prior. He called us and would not honor the original purchase agreement or deal. He said we had to return our initial vehicle and we ended up with a higher payment, on a vehicle that no longer had AWD due to his large mistake. He was professional and apologetic, but we feel he should have matched the original payment we had with our first car, due to his error. Although I love my new car, the whole process was very disheartening. More
