This is my 2nd time returning to Platinum. My first experience was effortless and amazing. My second was just as good maybe even better. I contacted Moses regarding a lease for a Tiguan. This time, he directed me to Ryan who was absolutely amazing through the whole process. He answered any questions I had and was extremely patient and attentive the whole way through. Ryan and Moses also helped me get out of my current lease. Everything from getting the car to signing the agreement was extremely easy. Ryan quoted me with an amazing deal and there was no pressure and no secrets. I will be back again for my next lease/purchase and will send people their way. Thank you Ryan and Moses. More

The dealership was extremely accommodating and responsive. The car was purchased in conjunction with my husband’s company so it made it a slightly more complicated purchase than usual.
