This is my seventh BMW. First time doing business with Shrewsbury BMW, in past years I was never able to work with Wagner’s. I had done my homework, researched many cars online and actually visited several dealerships. I found Ryan very easy to work with, pleasant and accommodating, offering several helpful suggestions. The atmosphere at the dealership was very collegial, the entire staff acknowledged us with a smile or friendly greeting. John was also very helpful in in his tutorial, offering me his card should I need further assistance.
