Not my first BMW or dealer that I worked with but by far the most seamless deal I've ever had. I was looking for a particular vehicle so I had to search out of state to find what I wanted. Ryan Leach, made this such an easy process. Being out of state was a bit weary. Didn't want to take a trip to MN and get the run around. Ryan met all my request before I made it to the dealership. Once there everything was a promised. Dealt Lea and Kyle in finance which was straight forward and no surprises. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

Best buying experience I have had Worked with Ryan Leach. Called the day before and he was waiting for me when I arrived. I test drove two certified BMW vehicles, 750i's. Traded two vehicles, prices for trades were right on the mark. What also impressed me was that Ryan let me drive one of the test vehicles to my home where I picked up my other trade. Very nice customer service!! Watched the Wild in their movie theater while waiting for financing which was great! The entire process was half the time it takes at most dealers and I had two trades, which is amazing. Great service by everyone I met from Ryan, to the finance manager, and some of the techs. The only place I will purchase future vehicles is Minnetonka BMW. More
