One of the best Sales person I met I saw a BMW i like on the dealer website. I reached out using chat and the lady said someone from sales would be contacting me. He answered all my questions. He also provided me the service history, build sheet, carfax report and other information about the car. After I saw the reports I made my call to Ryan. He is very friendly and does work with you. Once we agreed on the price and date i can come to pick it up, he sent me follow up email on whether I am planning to finance or pay myself. He keeps me updated and follow up till the day came and i finally flew to Minnesota to get my car. He is very friendly guy and very helpful. The dealership is big one but i think it needs more improvement. I am from Seattle so when i compare them to the dealers here their infrastructure is big but needs little work on their service staff be courteous to people from other state. The only person I will definitely will work with for my next car in future will be Ryan. He stayed all the way till i picked the car and even helped me provide directions to good restaurants near the place. More
