I reached out and the original buyer's financing fell through and sales agent extraordinaire, Charles Mannix, contacted me and I came right across CT to make a deal! Charles and his sales manager Ryan LaPierre gave me a good deal on my trade in and got me the financing terms I required and made buying my truck a breeze. Martin, Chris, and Ryan took care of me and treated me like family. My only complaint is that they're not located closer to the Midwest! I can't say I've ever had a better car buying experience. It was about a 9 hour ride back to Ohio, but I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Very knowledgeable team here and very motivated to give customers the best experience possible. Jim was the lead sales contact however I dealt with several people i.e. finance, sales manager, sales assistance, and everyone was great to work with. At first I thought it would not be possible to afford this vehicle at this time, however Gates did a fantastic job working with me on the payment options as well as greatly discounting the cost of the car in order for me to drive away with it. The trade-in that I received was too good to pass up, this sealed the deal. Jim Satalino was great to deal with; he was always very responsive to my questions & negotiations. Most of our dealings were handled through texting and email, where you would think communications could break down, but this was not the case, I received a speedy replies to any questions and negotiations. I like that! I am 100% satisfied with my purchase at Gates Nissan. I have purchased many new cars in my lifetime and have to say that this first purchase through Gates was probably my smoothest and most satisfying.
