It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I came prepared with my clean trade-in vehicle with Title and drove home in a beautiful new BMW. The whole process took less than 3 hours. The dealership itself is beautiful, and everyone, including the receptionist were incredibly polite, attentive and helpful.
