Vehicle was in for an oil change and brake fluid change. Was told approx 2 hours, took 3 hours and change. Advisor told me would be ready soon, had to ask him 30+ min later if it was done yet, "oh it's ta Was told approx 2 hours, took 3 hours and change. Upon presenting a valid, current coupon for $64.95 synthetic oil change at Liberty Toyota, I was informed that this could not be accepted per Holman policy. This is unacceptable and for a $40 difference i will be taking my vehicle to Liberty Toyota, this is not a small savings. My tech should have said usually we do not do a discount of that much but I will ask my supervisor and have him come talk to me since I was waiting at the dealership. Overnight my vehicle was leaking oil and I woke up to a large oil stain on my driveway with oil still leaking. I brought my vehicle back in and an oil change was performed again, at your expense after it was found that the oil filter used was defective. Don't take your car here for service!!! More
