Beautiful showroom! Wonderful customer service! I was working with a Salesman from Allen Turner in Crestview who said they could not get the car I wanted to Crestview to Wonderful customer service! I was working with a Salesman from Allen Turner in Crestview who said they could not get the car I wanted to Crestview to look at that I had to go to Pensacola to see the car. I drove 70 miles one way and the car was being sold as I walked into the dealership. I was very upset and immediately comforted and told they had no idea I was coming and that they could have taken the car to the Crestview dealership. Ryan was great didn’t push anything else - was very compassionate. I walked the lot to calm down and saw a unique find Elantra N line and turns out he made me a better deal than I would have had on the used one I was going to see! Drove away with a brand new 2014 Elantra N line! More
