4 time Toyota owner converted by Ryan @ Hyundai!!! I had been shopping around and comparing 2019 Medium SUVs when I came to Napleton Valley Hyundai. I really didn’t think I’d be driving out with one a I had been shopping around and comparing 2019 Medium SUVs when I came to Napleton Valley Hyundai. I really didn’t think I’d be driving out with one at the end of the evening!!! Ryan took the time to find out what was important to me and did everything he could to deliver the car that would keep me smiling for my complete ownership time!!! Even AFTER I bought my car, he continues to let me know he is available to help me to get to know my new car features. Changing dealerships was a tough decision for I’ve been with the same one for over 25 years! If you don't have to deal with a manager may be OK I went into this dealership looking at two different models of Hyundai cars. When it came to the part where I had to talk to the manager, Brian, it went from a decent experience to horrible. When you tell someone you have special needs due to health issues you do not expect to be made fun of by a manager from a place wanting your business. But that is what happened to me. I was told that I'm "looking for a unicorn" along with other forms of belittlement. When a manager turns to their sales rep and says "I feel sorry for you dealing with this" which "this" is meaning ME that is not at all a good representation of himself NOR the dealership. I have my car choice broken down to 4 vehicles, two of them being a Hyundai via my test drives. Hyundai is still a top contender, but I will NOT be dealing with this dealership. More

My salesperson Ryan Hammonds and the GM Al Abbas made this easily the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. They were helpful, courteous, accommodating, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of pressuring me to buy a car that they wanted to sell me. They got me the car I wanted at a fair price, and I didn’t have to spend all day at the dealership. I can’t say enough about the level of professionalism displayed by the staff. Highly recommended!
