All I can say is my service experience was by far the best one I have ever had. My husband broke down in NWA while on a job and I contacted Ryan to let him know that my vehicle was being towed to his ser best one I have ever had. When the tow truck arrived Ivory greeted my husband by name and took him to meet Ryan and Tayler. After giving them all of the information Ivory gave him a ride back to where he was staying. Ryan kept in touch with us throughout the entire repair which was finished the very next day. I honestly can not say enough good things about this service department. We have been to many dealers in our travels and never once felt as if we could trust in the service department our vehicle was being left with. I applaud the dealer for employing such amazing talent! Horrible place! Would never do business with any McLarty Daniels locations. I was told they were crooks when I first moved to NW Arkansas but I still did business wi Would never do business with any McLarty Daniels locations. Not just once but on multiple occasions they tried to take advantage of me. Get a second opinion before you pay their high amounts to fix a vehicle. Never again will I or any family members do business with them again. More

Safe, clean, and as socially distant as they can be. I felt really safe while at McLarty Daniel GMC. I saw them wiping and cleaning while I there. There's a bench outside to set on and the razorback greenway is just a short distance away so I could ride by bike while waiting on the routine service. More

Super Customer Service! I have to admit that i was not giving McLarty Daniel a chance to prove themselves.
