The process was pretty fast but they sold me a suv with a lot of oil leaks and they knew about it. Thank goodness my warranty covered majority but it still didn’t cover all of it. I also have some buffing wax or something around the creases of my truck and they couldn’t get it off and they are not willing to help it off and it wasn’t my fault. This is very pricey on a Cadillac. I would not recommend them. More
