Schrier Automotive is a breath of fresh air in the busy and sometimes frustrating world of purchasing a car. I went to Schrier thinking I might trade my low mile 2000 Porsche Boxster for a very low mile Lexus SC430. One call/email before going and it was waiting for me in their front lot. Russ introduced himself and the car and we promptly jumped in for a ride. Three things were immediately apparent - Russ knew the car, the dealership valued the customer’s time and the car was as immaculate as described. Fast forward a couple days and a full lot tour and I’d shifted my thinking to trading my Porsche and Lexus LS460 for a single car upgrade to a Lexus LS500. The Sale’s Manager’s assessment of the value of both of my vehicles was very fair - without negotiating - right from the start. And again, I as the customer was treated with respect and candor. The Sales Manager came to Russ’s office and explained his rationale, offered to answer any questions and left me with the numbers for my consideration. No pressure whatsoever, no rush to make a decision. I finally landed on a 2018 Lexus LS500 although there was some very minor scratches on the passenger door that I really wanted repaired. 10 minutes after letting Russ know that by email he called to say they’d take care of it. A week or so later with I closed the deal in less than 15 minutes with the scratches out. Not to mention getting the lifetime powertain warranty that Schrier puts on all their vehicles. If you want to be treated fairly by people who enjoy their work helping meet YOUR needs then Schrier is the right place. They are refreshingly up front about everything, care about your needs and do whatever they can to assist you. More
