Absolutely Unacceptable Service – A Warning to Future Customers I’ve been a loyal BMW customer for years, but after my experience with Schomp BMW, I’m beyond disappointed and appalled by the lack of a Customers I’ve been a loyal BMW customer for years, but after my experience with Schomp BMW, I’m beyond disappointed and appalled by the lack of accountability and customer care. On January 16, 2025, I brought my 2024 BMW X4M in for a simple seatbelt replacement. At the time of drop-off, my vehicle was in perfect condition – 4 tires at full PSI, no issues. Just a week earlier, the vehicle had been fully serviced at Schomp BMW, where I was assured there were no tire problems and my car was in good working order. Fast forward to January 17, 2025, when I return to pick up my car only to find one of the tires completely flat at 3 PSI. The damage was clearly caused while the vehicle was in Schomp BMW’s care, and yet, instead of owning up to it, I was stonewalled and told to simply fill the tires with air and go on my way – in the middle of a snowstorm and with safety clearly at risk. Upon further inspection, I was told all 4 tires would need to be replaced per BMW guidelines. But instead of stepping up to replace the tires, Schomp BMW refused responsibility and suggested I buy 3 new tires while offering to replace just one. The lack of professionalism and basic customer care is staggering. As a customer, I expect accountability, especially when my vehicle is damaged while in the dealership’s possession. Schomp BMW offered no solutions other than to send me home with a compromised vehicle and dismiss the issue. After pushing the service manager, they did nothing but offer half-measures and excuses. As a result, I refused to accept the vehicle back until the damage caused under their watch was addressed. I have filed a BBB complaint and will escalate this to BMW corporate if this issue is not resolved quickly. I expect the full replacement of all four tires and immediate action on this matter. Do yourself a favor and avoid Schomp BMW if you value accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service. If you want your car returned in the same condition you brought it in, look elsewhere. This dealership has lost my trust. #Disappointed #Unprofessional #PoorCustomerService More
