on April 19, 2024, I brought my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubi to solve a front brake sticking problem. Frank, the service representative worked with me prior to this appt to determine the proble Unlimited Rubi to solve a front brake sticking problem. Frank, the service representative worked with me prior to this appt to determine the problem and now I am in to have the 2 brake lines and 2 front rotors replaced. Frank was extremely attentive and willing to do whatever it took to make me happy. Since we were very close to being at end of my warranty, it took multiple rounds of discussion with Frank and his management however, in the end they did what was right for me . I was extremely happy with the result and again, very grateful for all that Frank and Reed Jeep did for me. Thank you for doing what you do. I would recommend Frank to anyone... WAY TO GO!! Worst car service I have ever experienced. Waited 5 hours and all they did was install a brake switch (The advisor that helped me actually said, “I forgot you were here.” and they charged me $225 and they d and all they did was install a brake switch (The advisor that helped me actually said, “I forgot you were here.” and they charged me $225 and they didn’t fix what I came in for (malfunctioning ABS system). Took my Jeep back the next week (taking away from my work) and the supervisor told me I should probably take an Uber home, which isn’t close. They never offered a loaner or rental car. After I got home, he calls me up and wants to know if I want to come pick the Jeep up (even though they didn’t fix it) and bring it back when it starts malfunctioning again. I was in disbelief at this point. My ABS system was malfunctioning and I told him I needed it fixed now. He seemed annoyed that I wanted my Jeep fixed. Never experienced more incompetent, unprofessional and rude service from anyone. They never apologized. When I picked up my Jeep, the gas was on empty, even though I had half a tank when I brought it in. As a business owner myself, I couldn’t believe how they treated customers. More
