They took there sweet xxx time to complete the work that had to be done and had me wait unnecessarily amount of time to get my car back!!!!! I am totally pissed off, I will never ever deal with this dealer had to be done and had me wait unnecessarily amount of time to get my car back!!!!! I am totally pissed off, I will never ever deal with this dealer again for any thing outside of warranty!!!!! More

Had 2pm appointment. .arrived before 2 pm on time, was a long line in service area, the person who came out to confirm appointment name Ryan ask if I had appt I replied ye .arrived before 2 pm on time, was a long line in service area, the person who came out to confirm appointment name Ryan ask if I had appt I replied yes, then he says we are extremely busy can I leave my vehicle overnight ...I said absolutely nit. I have an appt and I am not late.. I will wait.. then he says well sometimes you make dr appointment and they have to cancel your appt so same here ...I repeated I am waiting for my vehicle....I never want to deal with him again!..he needs to be trained in better customer service etiquette. More
