Potential buyers, be aware that the finance department will try to scam you. I agreed to purchase my vehicle with an OTD price (with signature). Yet, once I received my vehicle’s loan information from the will try to scam you. I agreed to purchase my vehicle with an OTD price (with signature). Yet, once I received my vehicle’s loan information from the bank, they still applied unnecessary policies to my total price, jacking the cost tremendously. I have requested refunds, which I have yet to receive. I have never had this issue with purchasing a car, and I will not recommend this scamming dealership to anyone. They are truly despicable. I have spoken to the manager and the financial department numerous times, and this is still an ongoing issue. More

Went in for my 1st oil chg on my 10 mth old ‘25 H CRV(plain Jane!) , tire rotation, wiper issue, and radio prob! Saw my former salesman Issa who showed me the same veh and color while I was waiting o CRV(plain Jane!) , tire rotation, wiper issue, and radio prob! But the price was not good at thus time for me. 30 mins kater , finance guy comes by with new #’s and I took it! Problem a week later-7, SEVEN HARD INQUIRES !! Was this necessary!! A mgr who called to xx on mee is looking into this matter! More
