Jose was awesome throughout the test drive and the process to get us started on the purchase of our new Kia and Ryan was super helpful during the finance process. Celia welcomed us when we arrived to pick up our car. She and Jose were both instrumental in making sure the car was clean and the tank filled. Celia did a fantastic job showing us all the features the Kia Telluride has to offer. We left the dealership knowing that we had made the decision to buy the Kia Telluride! More

When walking into the dealership, I was only looking. I wasn’t going to buy that day mainly because my budget and what I wanted was going to take some time to find. Chao immediately greeted me but not in I wasn’t going to buy that day mainly because my budget and what I wanted was going to take some time to find. Chao immediately greeted me but not in a pushy way. He was very caring and considerate of my budget and was also not pushy whatsoever. After looking at a couple and finding one I really like, Chao said let’s go run some numbers. My wife and I sat and just talked to Chao for about 1.5hrs about the car about numbers about options and just about life. He really did convince me to buy the car today, but not because he wanted me to buy the car but because I wanted to buy it. Overall my expierence with Paramount KIA, made car shopping very easy and the next time my wife or I are looking for a car we will be asking Chao. More
