My only interaction with this dealership’ was the used car department. Aven was very cordial and easy to deal with. I raised my offer the next day and it wasn’t enough, I guess. Had another conversation with Greg that finally resolved everything. He gave and I gave. The way it normally works. I chose Regal because the truck I wanted was there. I checked other dealers for their offerings as well. Wasn’t what I wanted. I am pleased with my purchase from Regal Chevrolet and I have mentioned the name as where I got the truck and my experience, especially with Aven. Great young man, in my opinion. More

Dealing with the sales team and finance was great but here we go when it comes to the warranty had an appointment with service 2 weeks after I bought the car. Now because the car has 13 thousands miles I have to take it to the mitsubishi dealer for warranty. Here we go hoping that the car does not have prior damage because it will not fall into the warranty. Typical they love until they sell you the car after that if you encounter a problem they do not want to know anything about you. Hoping it does not have any hiding damage because I was giving a clear carfax for this car . And for what I see is when I was toll bring it if any problem did not meant nothing .
