There was no pressure, no slick sales talk and I felt welcome and comfortable from the first step we took onto the lot. The closing was quick and everything was explained clearly. The car I purchased (a used Chrysler 300) has lived up to the sharp, luxury vibe it put out when I first saw it and I have been completely satisfied with it. Zero mechanical issues or other problems so far so I cannot rate the service side of the experience. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Wonderful Experience The Sales Person (Ry'n Nabeeh) was professional from the time that I walked in (asked if another sales person had been assisting me; none had as it wa The Sales Person (Ry'n Nabeeh) was professional from the time that I walked in (asked if another sales person had been assisting me; none had as it was my first visit to purchase) until the purchase was completed. I told him what I was looking for (used car) and he escorted me to several vehicles that fit what I had told him I required. After selecting two to test drive, he went "above and beyond" by assisting me in loading and unloading my husband's walker. He answered all questions I asked him. He was extremely responsive when the decision to buy a car he had shown us; kept assisting me and answering questions that came up. I have never had such a wonderful experience in a car dealership. At the time of purchase (when Mr. Allen came with final paperwork), the owner came and not only congratulated/thanked me and my husband, she stayed and visited for a period of time. Everyone I encountered there were extremely pleasant and cheerful. More
