I bought a $90k Ram 1500 in 2022 and brought it to Ram for a tire rotation and balancing in 2023. Since then the truck vibrates like crazy once I get over 70mph. They tried balancing the tires like 4 times (which all required me to drop the truck off for the entire day with no rental) and eventually deemed all 4 tires as "bad". Literally, none of the tires had more than 10000 miles on it but since I bought 2 from Ram and 2 from a different company, they were only willing to replace the 2 I bought from them then wash there hands. There solution was although the truck rode perfectly smooth before they touched it, I should buy 4 new more expensive tires from them. My tires are the factory Pirelli all season tires. My vehicle now rides like trash until I can afford to bring it somewhere else for them to fix it. Nevertheless, the people are very nice and professional. I think the techs are just inexperienced and in these small towns there aren't many options. More
