Need to be zero. . I recently Visit Prestige Auto Mall and was thoroughly unimpressed with the service I received. The salesperson Jemar and manager Tyler and other m . I recently Visit Prestige Auto Mall and was thoroughly unimpressed with the service I received. The salesperson Jemar and manager Tyler and other manager seemed more interested in pushing me to agree to a number than in showing me the car underneath when we ask or addressing my concerns. When I asked to see the car's under, I was met with resistance and told that we have to agree with number in order for him to show us the car underneath when we asked. . The salesperson didn't even bother to accompany me on the test drive, which left me feeling ignored and unvalued. Prestige hit the worst cold sales and manager experience, Do Not go to dealership , I told the manager that we need to see the car underneath and he response was the only has 5 bay and I told him he could just had a jack and have one of his mechanic to lift the car up but oh course he want to run our credit first . I am so disappointed with this dealership. To make matters worse, the manager was rude and dismissive when I expressed my dissatisfaction. It's clear that this dealership prioritizes making a sale over providing good customer service. I would not recommend Prestige Auto Mall to anyone. There are plenty of other dealerships that will treat you with respect and honesty. Customer comes first … Now I see why they have bad reviews . Do not come here please .Do not waste your time time More
