I was very satisfied with the way you handled my situation except for the problem of a third water pump. Not happy with the product. So I called the 1-800 # and will be filing a formal complaint. Th situation except for the problem of a third water pump. Not happy with the product. So I called the 1-800 # and will be filing a formal complaint. This is my 3rd jeep and I own a 91 jeep. Solid jeep that 91, not the newer jeeps. They are making them like CRAP! So I will never buy another jeep again and you should have honored the warranty on the pump since it was only a month over your warranty. So I say goodbye for ever!!! More

The only disappointing thing was that they had to order one small part that I told them was in need of replacement 2 weeks before my appointment. A part that should really be kept in stock or easy to get the same day. Now I have to go back for an hour or two to have it replaced on a separate day. More

I have purchased several cars over the years, and my experience at Ciocca was absolutely the best!! I worked with Sam Bottros in Sales and he was great. Once I found the vehicle I was interested in we w experience at Ciocca was absolutely the best!! I worked with Sam Bottros in Sales and he was great. Once I found the vehicle I was interested in we went on a test drive and he explained the car and answered my questions. I then met with Anthony Izzo (Business Manager) and again explained the process of leasing the vehicle. It was the most seamless transaction from start to and I didn't need to spend the entire day there (as I have at other dealerships). I would recommend Ciocca to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle!! More
