Sales experience was the best. First service came early due to striking a large chuckhole on the interstate that knocked tires out of balance and produced an annoying rattle. The road hazard warranty doesn’t cover balancing after striking a road hazard; disappointment #2. Disappointment number one was not being offered a loaner as I had received on every visit to the dealer I previously used. They did take my car in right away and my valuable time was minimized for the diagnosis. Read the limitations on the side warranties in the business office. More
