Subaru of Jacksonville has been my dealership of choice for 9 years. Their sales & service teams have provided solid service & support for my vehicle. Recently, I bought my 2nd Outback through them. Amazing! ! We had a great experience at Subaru of Jacksonville on Atlantic Blvd. From the time we drove up to the dealership, we were greeted with a smile and ! We had a great experience at Subaru of Jacksonville on Atlantic Blvd. From the time we drove up to the dealership, we were greeted with a smile and “how can we help you today?” Our sales guy, Mark Ogden, was so patient and knowledgeable with our many questions and showing us all our options. ( I never knew it could be so easy and painless to purchase a car) I will add, I touched every Ascent on the lot and drive everyone crazy! We made our choice FINALLY🤣. We want to sign paperwork and surprise, again , easy breezy! .It was back to Mark, who introduced me step by step to my new Ascent! What can I say except.. thank you so much for changing my mind on car purchasing and forever making me a member of the family at Subaru of Jacksonville!! Now, my only problem is I’m so spoiled, I’ll expect this everywhere I go!! It’s true,… drive a Subaru, you’ll buy a Subaru….. especially from this dealership!!! More

This is the third Subaru we have purchased with Jerry's help at SOJ! He takes personal interest and time for us, even calls us from home if we need something. He is always ready to explain things and research options for us. We appreciate him and all the employees who are polite and efficient at SOJ, especially those in the service dept. which has been so helpful to assess problems and fix them. It is so difficult to visit any other dealership as they can't compare to SOJ. More
