I got a good price and a good deal. The people I worked with were all professional and nice- salesman, sales manager, service guy and the general manager. They have gone the extra mile to make it right. A few tips, whether buying from this dealer or other: Ask questions, lots of questions. Don't be shy and don't be afraid to ask a stupid question. The only stupid question is the one you don't ask. Recognize that you're dealing with a small and growing business. The problems I faced were more due to inconsistent processes and communication than anything else. Meet the sales manager and get his # and email address, just in case. EV's get extra benefits for paying for special license plate in GA. Ask about this. Make sure communications come to you via your preferred method-email or text- to make sure you don't something important. Tesla is notorious for plastic molding problems. I test drove a few with this issue. It's a simple fix, but make sure to check before taking the car. They paid for two Uber trips to make things right. I am a happy customer today. Mistakes happen. Be patient and give people the benefit of the doubt. But also be persistent. You paid to be satisfied, so make sure you are. It may take longer and more effort on your part than expected, but it is worth it. More

Finally, Ameer (very friendly and approachable) assisted us with our final drive test, all the last questions we had, prepping our paperworks, having our new family vehicle ready for us.
