I had a very positive experience with Russ Meyer at Honda of Lincoln. He turned what could have been a daunting experience into a smooth and non-stressful process. Russ not only helped me through the purchasing process, but also took the time to go above and beyond, showing me everything on the inside and outside of my vehicle and answered every question I had. I left feeling confident with all the information given to me and grateful to have had such a positive experience. Russ was sincere in selling us the car. I would just suggest to everyone to make sure you have a clear understanding of the financing. It's a different department within the business. But they're not very clear and up front about all the details. So ask question everyone! Make sure you understand the financing process and the perks they offer are also based on financing. Other than that it was a fairly quick process. Just had confusion and things changed up a bit in the financing. More
