I purchased a 2025 Honda Pilot on July 30, 2024, and gave them a very large cash down payment over $25,000. I had nothing but problems with this dealership with paperwork and not willing to take a extra step them a very large cash down payment over $25,000. I had nothing but problems with this dealership with paperwork and not willing to take a extra step to fix my registration and license where they submitted the wrong County to DMV and now told me they can't help me. They also stated it's the DMV fault, not the dealership. Horrible experience. John Watson at Leigh told me today, I will have to fix the problem myself now and they can't help me. Is this what I get for going all the way to Leigh Auto Honda in Cary, NC Today, I called Honda Corporate Headquarters and Honda Finance and they said they have yet to get any title work from them and this the reason why the DMV also would send a Temporary Tag because DMV has no title either, so therefore how could anyone issue a permanent registration and license plate which came in the mail with Temporary in it. What was the point in paying for License, plate, and tags registration if it was all temporary and won't even last a year, but only for about 30 to 45 Days? It's certain facts that this dealership should handle and be willing to help the consumer, and Leigh Honda wouldn't help, as a consumer that purchased a brand new vehicle. Today, the DMV in Raleigh, Kayla stated this dealership could have called to make the correction but didn't want to. I would not get a vehicle from Leigh Honda Auto Park or recommend them to anyone to purchase a vehicle. More

Leith Honda AutoPark is one of the best dealerships I have been to. I really appreciate the low-pressure, friendly environment. I cannot recommend them enough if you are in the market for a new Honda. Despite the time we are living in with high interest rates, I was able to get decent rate, which I also appreciated. Russ Mann helped us. Before we stepped on the lot, I was sure the Toyota 4Runner was for me. But Russ showed both the Hybrid CRV and Pilot TrailSport, and my mind was changed. Russ was very knowledgeable and showed us all of the features that the new model Honda SUVs, and answered all of my questions. We ended up going home in a new Honda Pilot, and I could not be any happier with the purchase. Next time I need a vehicle, I am going to go see Russ at Leith. More

Working with Russ Mann was truly a pleasure. I have never enjoyed purchasing a car mostly because I don't trust car salesmen. However Russ was different. I met up with Russ Mann at AutoPark Honda, and he was SO incredibly knowledgable about t Car buying can be awful, and I was not looking forward to it. I met up with Russ Mann at AutoPark Honda, and he was SO incredibly knowledgable about the vehicles. He showed us cool features, how everything worked, and little things that I probably never would have noticed about our new car! He was friendly, responsive, and funny. The sales process was simple and straightforward. Everyone was friendly, and the dealership itself was clean and well laid-out. Other salesmen I've met have been pushy, annoying, and typically not as educated on their cars, but Russ obviously cares about the things that matter. I was floored at how he kept track of everything he was explaining to us, and it was clear to us that he spent the time to know the market, his products, and the process, inside and out. I will absolutely buy from them again, and highly recommend if you're looking to go see Russ. More
