After we picked up the vehicle and paid the bill, I was almost home when I received a call from Russ wanting to know if I could return to the service center. I was told there was a problem with my billing and had been charged too much. That was a nice surprise. I guess they could have kept the overpayment and I would have never known. It was a fair amount of money and I was glad to have it promptly returned to our account. The service was performed on my wife's 20-year-old nearly mint condition Hundai XG350L. Other than routine service, this was the first fairly major repair it has ever required and it was limited to aging components that had failed. The valve cover gaskets were leaking along with some other seals and the power steering hoses were starting to rot with age. It did take a while for the service to be completed due to supply chain complications for a car that old. The work was completed perfectly and the car was returned in excellent condition. I was given frequent updates and given the opportunity to approve all additional work that was needed before it was performed. More

Excellent service. After some technical confusion about the text I received stating I needed a filter changed, the Manager called me a few minutes after the appointm After some technical confusion about the text I received stating I needed a filter changed, the Manager called me a few minutes after the appointment to make sure I was okay with changing the filter myself and offering to do the filter service on a future date if this was easier for me. Even offered to arrange transportation for me to and from work. The confusion was not his or depts fault as it was a technical issue with the text. I appreciate the great level of customer service. More
