I am writing about my experience as an actual customer of VW. Being at the service department bringing my car I saw a new model and decided to explore to exchange it. I called sales team and send over email VW. Being at the service department bringing my car I saw a new model and decided to explore to exchange it. I called sales team and send over email all details of my car and the information of the car I was interested, Robert Ocasio, who was the one who discuss with me never answer again texts or calls. I proceed to respond an email received from Lily and a manager named Rashawn send me all details and possible numbers with scenarios and request me to visit the dealership. Today I visited the dealership and for my surprised all was not true and after making me an hour all I was told was just for making me go to the dealership. Be aware this dealership is a scam, the sales team is very unprofessional. Also if you are planning to buy an EV they don’t even tell you the truth about the range and details of all your possible options. More

Just bought a 2024 Taos, I’ve had it 24 hours and I’m absolutely in love! It’s comfortable, stylish, and drives amazingly. I worked with Nilton who was fantastic!
