Lance did the closeout on the service of my wife's Q50. One of my service requests was to do a Coolant Flush and Fill. I was informed when I returned that I had recently had that work done in my last visit One of my service requests was to do a Coolant Flush and Fill. Any other dealership would have performed the work and charged me for something I didn't need. Thank you, Lance and the shop technician that did the evaluation and also for the carwash. More
