We had a specific car we were looking for and this was the only dealership that had one coming in. We spoke with sales people over the phone for several weeks getting everything in order, gave them a depo the only dealership that had one coming in. The vehicle wasn’t ready when we got there (they had over a week to detail it). The paperwork wasn’t done (also had a week to get that in order) and we had to spend several hours at a dealership because of their laziness. That was the entire reason we did the deal like this, so it would be a quick in and out. It wasn’t. Once the car came out of detail, it still had plastic on it, and glue lines from the delivery plastic. It was a cash deal, no trade, and literally should’ve been the easiest/quickest sale but yet managed to mess it up. Love the car, I’ll pass on the dealership. Only reason I bought there was they were the only one that had the car my wife wanted. Edit: the first time I heard anything back from this dealer after the sale was because of this review. Instead of an apology I got a “now I won’t get my bonus” phone call. This is such a stereotypical car dealership, it’s a wonder people still do business here. Still haven’t gotten my tag either. More

I bought a 2022 Tucson in April at Doral Hyundai and I would rate the service & sales person response team as very poor. The salesperson has never contacted me back even after repeated attempts to reach would rate the service & sales person response team as very poor. The salesperson has never contacted me back even after repeated attempts to reach him. I tried setting up oil change and next appt is 2 months from now and the girls answering service desk calls are either unable or unwilling to answer basic questions. All they do is offer to setup a service appt or transfer my call to unknown voicemails. Additionally, the dealer provided me with free tint on my front windows but I found out it’s illegal tint for the front windows because it’s too dark at 18% which can only be used on rear windows in Florida. Getting any followup from anyone at this dealership has been non-existent. I am a very unhappy new customer! More
