Stuart Nelson, the sales manager was eager to help and answered any questions I had as well. I just admit, I was a bit pushy in the beginning during our transaction but business is business. As a manager, he is very approachable and always there to help. Michael Smalley, the Finance Manager was very helpful and easy to work with. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t up-sale anything I didn’t want or need. Very informative and made my purchase an ease and wonderful experience. Chase Wills, the customer service concierge was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the brand and product. He spent a good amount of time showing me how to operate the techs in the car and how everything functioned. Extremely patient gentleman. The Cayenne I purchased was a little bit overwhelming but Chase made it an easy transition. He even called me a week later to make sure I was all set and if I had any follow up questions. I would highly recommend working with these guys and will refer my family and friends in the future.
