The body shop took great care of me. My only comment would be. They gave me a good price. Then after the car was completed they tried to re-convince me how good of price they gave me. They originally were going to order a new door panel. We checked the cost and the door panel was $1295. A new door was $995…..we went over to parts to verify and order a new door not a panel…with the repair shop. When the job was completed I was told you were charged $1295 for the door…and how lucky I was you did not pass on the difference to me…. I DID NOT RESPOND. My intelligence seemed to be in question. If in fact you ordered a panel and not a door and told me you put on a new door we have a problem. If you ordered a door and and was charged the panel price…your booking should have caught the error. It is not my responsibility to correct your parts order price problems or to be shown errors. It makes me question. What exactly was installed on my car. Other than that the work was great. More

Great work- however connection issues with the insurance company caused a week delay in getting my car back even though it was finished! Also, my spare tire was not put back in the storage area, it was lef company caused a week delay in getting my car back even though it was finished! Also, my spare tire was not put back in the storage area, it was left in my trunk and after I drove the car a day, an alert light came on and I had to go back to get it reset. More

Sean was incredibly patient with me and dealing with some issues with our 2017 XT5. Ultimately everything that needed to be addressed was taken care of and I know Sean will do his best to take care of the ma issues with our 2017 XT5. Ultimately everything that needed to be addressed was taken care of and I know Sean will do his best to take care of the maintenance needed. He went beyond customer service to overwhelming Customer Satisfaction . Sean addressed my transportation needs with Uber car service to seeking advice From service manager Ron I order to hand me the keys to my XT5.
