Their Moro should be “No Bull, We Lie To Our Customers”! Royce in the service department LIES! I am never going back to Wilsonville Toyota because of Royce and I have been going there for years. I have a 2 Royce in the service department LIES! I am never going back to Wilsonville Toyota because of Royce and I have been going there for years. I have a 2 hour round trip commute. I went in for a warranty issue. When I scheduled the my 2nd appointment for this issue the day before I specifically asked if I could get the shuttle to Bridgeport Village so I didn’t have to sit in the lobby for 4-5 hours, Royce said yes, that’s not a problem. It WAS a problem. I didn’t find out until after I drove an hour to get there that they didn’t have a shuttle on Thursdays. They don’t have loaner cars when you’re stuck there for hours on end. Then Royce said he would find out if someone could take me off and drop me off. He said he would come find me in the lobby and let me know. An hour and 15 minutes later he had not looked for me, talked to me or even called my cell phone with an answer. I spent the next 3 hours walking in the rain. When I picked my car up he didn’t even apologize for not getting back to me. Royce had no intention of of finding a ride for me. If you’re willing to blatantly lie about things as minor as a shuttle and find a ride for a customer and getting back to them with an answer, you WILL lie about big, important stuff! More
